Before you travel, call 1 (800) 996-1139 and press 2 for our concierge team.
Once you land, use our Costa Rica line: +506 8352-9916, by phone call or WhatsApp. US toll-free numbers usually cannot be dialed from a Costa Rican phone, and WhatsApp works on hotel Wi-Fi without any roaming plan, so we suggest saving this number in your phone before you leave home.
Our concierge team is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Costa Rica time. Outside those hours, the same +506 number is answered for anything urgent, so a missed pick-up at 9:00 pm or a lost bag on a Sunday still reaches a real person on our team.
For a medical emergency, an accident or anything where someone is in danger, call 911 first (see What should I do in an emergency?). It works from any phone in Costa Rica. Then let us know, and we will help with everything that follows: the hotel, the transfers, your family at home.
