How do the tours work?
Pick-ups, what to bring, rain, and adding a tour once you're here.
Your tours are booked and confirmed before you arrive, and your final itinerary shows each pick-up time and whether a tour is private or shared. Please be in your hotel lobby a few minutes before.
What to bring: shoes that stay on your feet (flip-flops are for the pool and beach, not tours), a small backpack for sunscreen, bug spray and water, and a rain jacket. For the full list, see What should I pack? Tours run rain or shine. If conditions become unsafe, the operator will change or cancel the tour, because safety always comes first.
Park fees depend on the tour; your itinerary shows which are covered.
Ages and fitness: some tours have minimum ages or are physically demanding. If anyone in your group is young, older, or has a health concern, tell us and we'll check before we book.
Adding a tour while you're here: with a few days' notice, our concierge team can make the reservation. We take time to make sure every service meets our standard, so for something tomorrow, the concierge at your hotel is usually the quickest way.
