Traveling with children, grandparents or special needs
Car seats, cribs, mobility, diets and celebrations: tell us, and we arrange it.
Tell us early, on the questionnaire or by email, and we'll arrange as much as we can before you land.
- Car seats: in Costa Rica, young children need an appropriate car seat in a private vehicle. Send us each child's age and approximate weight and we'll arrange the right seat for every private transfer. You're welcome to bring your own instead. If you take a taxi or Uber on your own, don't count on a car seat.
- Cribs: we request them from each hotel, subject to availability.
- Rooms together: we ask hotels to place your rooms close to each other. It depends on availability, and they make every effort.
- Mobility: tell us early and we'll arrange wheelchair help at the airport, a suitable vehicle, and accessible rooms where the hotel has them.
- Diets and allergies: most dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice. Tell us, and we pass it on to your hotels and tours.
