What happens when I land?
From the plane to your driver, at San José and at Liberia.
Inside the airport: immigration stamps your passport, you collect your bags from the carousel, then you pass customs. The officers may look in a bag, though usually they don't.
At San José (SJO): as you leave the building, walk to the right. Our representative will be standing with your driver, holding a sign with your names. They'll give you your welcome package, with a printed copy of your itinerary and a few gifts, and go over your trip with you before you set off.
At Liberia (LIR): as you leave the building, your driver will be waiting with a sign with your names, and will hand you your welcome package. You may be offered help with your bags for a tip; you don't need it.
If your flight is late, don't worry. Our drivers track your flight and will be there when you land. If anything changes, call or WhatsApp us at +506 8352-9916. For how your transfers work from then on, see How do the private transfers work?
A few days before you arrive, we email your airport instructions and reconfirm your flights. Please check them and tell us if anything is wrong.
