What should I know about my hotels?
Check-in and check-out, what hotels provide, and special requests.
Every hotel we book is 3-star or above, and your itinerary has each one's phone number and reservation number.
Check-in and check-out: check-in is generally at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am, but it can vary from hotel to hotel. Arriving early? The front desk can usually store your bags until your room is ready. Leaving late? Most hotels will hold your bags after check-out. A late check-out may carry a charge from the hotel. What hotels provide: most provide shampoo, soap and towels, and beach hotels usually have beach towels. Amenities vary, though. Some rainforest lodges have no air conditioning by design, so if something matters to you, ask us.
Requests: room setups, beds, rooms side by side or a special touch: tell us and we pass it on. Requests depend on the hotel's availability. Want a bigger room or a different category? We can quote an upgrade.
