When will I get my final itinerary?
What your final itinerary holds, when it arrives, and what to do with it.
You'll get it in two steps.
A few days after you book, our concierge team sends your itinerary with all your hotel confirmations: each hotel's name, phone number and reservation number.
Then, about 60 days before you arrive, we send your final itinerary with all your pick-up times for transfers and tours, plus the reservation numbers. Please read it carefully, and tell us right away if anything looks wrong.
If something changes after that, we send an updated version with the changes confirmed.
Two tips:
- Leave a copy with someone at home, so they can reach you at your hotels.
- Print a copy and bring it with you. If you land in San José, our representative at the airport also hands you a printed copy in your welcome package (see What happens when I land?).
The room photos in the itinerary are illustrative. If you'd like photos of your specific room category, just ask.
