How do I change something in my trip?
Plans change. Here is how to ask for a change before your trip, and what to do if you are already in Costa Rica.
Write to us at concierge@costarica.org. We make changes in writing so there is a clear record of what you asked for and when, and it is the same rule the Client Agreement you signed sets out.
Small changes, like moving a tour to another morning, are usually simple. Bigger ones, like a new hotel or different dates, depend on availability and on each hotel's and operator's own rules, and some carry a fee from them.
