What is included in my trip?
Every trip we build is custom, but most share the same core: hand-picked hotels, private transfers, your tours, a welcome at the airport and our team in Costa Rica for the whole stay.
Every trip we build is custom, so your final itinerary is the exact list. Most of our travelers have the same core pieces though.
Your hotels, chosen by people who live here. We only book 3-star properties and above, and we know them personally, around 900 of them across the country.

The tours and activities in your itinerary, booked and confirmed before you arrive. Some are private and some are shared with other travelers, and your itinerary says which (see How do the tours work?).
Someone waiting for you at the airport with a welcome package: your travel documents and a small gift from us.
Our team in Costa Rica for the whole trip, a phone call or WhatsApp away (see How do I reach you while I am in Costa Rica?).
What is not included: your international flights, which you book yourself, and most meals. Breakfast is included at many of our hotels, and an all-inclusive resort covers all your food and drink, so check each hotel on your itinerary. Hotel taxes are included in your price. Tips for guides and drivers are not, and are entirely up to you (see How much should I tip?). Park entrance fees depend on the tour, and your itinerary shows which ones are covered.
